PAM AYRES is a poet for the people. Her verse portrays a wicked sense of humour, and deals with subjects not normally thought to be worthy of poetry. Melbourne Herald Sun

2005 marks 30 years since Pam first appeared on the TV talent show Opportunity Knocks, and since then her comic poems have contributed enormously to the wider appeal today of all forms of poetry. Many of Pams poems feature in school textbooks around the world. Shes been a regular on TV and Radio over the years on BBC Radio2 with her own series, The Comedy Quiz, Pam Ayres Sunday Afternoon and Pam Ayres Open Road, and on Radio4 in Just A Minute, That Reminds Me, The Right Time, Wireless Wise, and her own recent series Ayres On The Air.

NEVER SAY DAI - written & performed by Arwell Treharne Morgan, directed by Annabel Leventon.

Arwel Treharne Morgan journeys back through the life of a young professional musician in London to his idyllic childhood in a Welsh village, where he spoke Welsh, thought in Welsh, dreamt in Welsh, surrounded by a richly diverse community steeped in gossip, prejudice, poetry, rugby, and love of music especially singing.

Magic in the theatre is rare. Arwel Treharne Morgan is a magician, and Never say Dai is a glorious unexpected journey into a magic land - the Wales of his childhood. He can act, sing, tell jokes, create characters- I laughed, cried and LEARNED. I adored it and could see it over and over. Miriam Margoyles
